He went up the roof of my house, checked the gutters, and gave me the quotes right away. His prices was competitive. He did great job of cleaning the gutters. I was particularly impressed by the pictures of before and after. They gave me clear pictures of how dirty the gutters were and how clean they were after the cleaning.   • "We have a very high gutter and despite husband's belief that he could walk on our tile roof without incident I convinced him to hire an expert. In comes All Rain. First of all, I liked that when I called, John picked up the phone unlike two others I called who didn't pick up nor return my call. I asked John to give me a quote over the phone but he said that it'd be best to do an estimate. He showed up a few hours later, gave us a very reasonable estimate and completed the job immediately!   • "I called 9 companies for quotes, 4 never returned my call (and neither will I ever call them again). John called me back within a few minutes after I left a voicemail. Scheduled in the inspection for the next day and gave me the quote in person. His quote was at the higher end but the lower quotes were over-the-phone quotes. I really don't like it when I get a quote and then get hit with extra charges later. So I decided to go with John and I am glad I did. John was able to schedule me in for the next morning, just in time for the impending rain. I wasn't home but my in-laws were, and they told me the excellent work and service that John did. Cleaned up a lot of junk from the gutter and then cleaned up all the mess around the house from the cleaning. After the work he sent me photos of the gutter before the cleaning. Interesting photos. Apparently I was growing weeds inside my gutters. Unfortunately no photos of after as the rain started pouring, but the spouts are working fine now. No more blocked spouts and overflowing gutters. Very easy to work with, flexible, friendly, and did a great job."
